		<description><![CDATA[Obviously I haven&#8217;t been to the gym this week, but I have a good reason. Why, you ask? It&#8217;s because I&#8217;ve been adjusting to my new job!   This blogger is now a 3rd grade teacher! I will be back in full effect (hopefully) next week! <p>I didn&#8217;t go to the gym on Sunday because I just plain didn&#8217;t feel like it.  My thighs were still in so much pain.</p>
<p>I didn&#8217;t go on Monday because I came home worked on a letter of resignation from the job that I started 2 weeks ago.  I promptly put it in a sealed envelope and stuck it in the door.  I think I pissed them off.  They haven&#8217;t called me.  lol</p>

<p>Anywho, a trainer friend of mine recommended a workout of doing 5 minutes on the treadmill @ the 6.5 setting, then doing a 10 minute session of alternating 10 push ups and 10 squats.  I didn&#8217;t do the treadmill (obviously), but I did do the squat/push up combo.  I only made it to 4 minutes&#8230; lol</p>
<p>45 push ups</p>
<p>30 squats</p>
