Okay okay so I did make it to the gym today.  And I changed my mind.  I’m gonna try to make my goal again this week.

elliptical machine: 3.43 mi.; hr-179; 38:43 min; 447 calories
standing crunches: 60
sit ups: 51
ab crunches: 25 @ 75 lbs
cable cross-twist: 35 reps @ 35 lbs

3.43+1.6=5.03 miles

4.97 miles left!
