elliptical machine: 18 min; 206 calories; hr-180; 1.6 mi.
ab crunch: 70 reps @ 62.5 lbs
sit ups: 45
cable cross: 75 reps @ 20 lbs

I didn’t go to the gym on Sunday because I just plain didn’t feel like it. My thighs were still in so much pain.

I didn’t go on Monday because I came home worked on a letter of resignation from the job that I started 2 weeks ago. I promptly put it in a sealed envelope and stuck it in the door. I think I pissed them off. They haven’t called me. lol
