Maaaaaaaaaaaaan I’m feeling those squats. I’ve been limping around all day. I still managed to make it to the gym though.

35 mini crunches
elliptical machine: 1.28 miles; heart rate- 170; 15 minutes; 132 calories
torso rotations: 70 reps @ 70 lbs

3.06+6.04+1.28=10.38 miles!!!
Go me!

Oh yeah, here’s my bumper. You can’t see it, but the panel above the tire got knocked out of alignment as well.
