Obviously I haven’t been to the gym this week, but I have a good reason. Why, you ask? It’s because I’ve been adjusting to my new job!   This blogger is now a 3rd grade teacher! I will be back in full effect (hopefully) next week! Have a great weekend!

elliptical machine: 3.05 mi.; 402 calories; 185 hr; 35:30 min torso rotations: 100 reps @ 57 lbs sit ups: 31 standing crunches: 60 ab crunches: 50 reps @ 62.5 lbs 5.03+3.05=8.08 miles 1.92 miles! I just might make my goal this week. Woo hoo!!!
