Obviously I haven’t been to the gym this week, but I have a good reason.
Why, you ask?
It’s because I’ve been adjusting to my new job!
This blogger is now a 3rd grade teacher!

Okay okay so I did make it to the gym today. And I changed my mind. I’m gonna try to make my goal again this week.

I didn’t go to the gym on Sunday because I just plain didn’t feel like it. My thighs were still in so much pain.
I didn’t go on Monday because I came home worked on a letter of resignation from the job that I started 2 weeks ago. I promptly put it in a sealed envelope and stuck it in the door. I think I pissed them off. They haven’t called me. lol

Maaaaaaaaaaaaan I’m feeling those squats. I’ve been limping around all day. I still managed to make it to the gym though.
35 mini crunches
elliptical machine: 1.28 miles; heart rate- 170; 15 minutes; 132 calories

I didn’t get a chance to make it to the gym today. I had plans to go, but I had to work late and pick up my mom from choir rehersal. They didn’t finish until 10p.m. The new piano player is good, but my goodness. Who the heck practices for 4 hours?!
Anywho, a trainer friend of mine recommended a workout of doing 5 minutes on the treadmill @ the 6.5 setting, then doing a 10 minute session of alternating 10 push ups and 10 squats. I didn’t do the treadmill (obviously), but I did do the squat/push up combo. I only made it to 4 minutes… lol
45 push ups
30 squats
